I’d like to invite you to my next available Slipper Camp.
The topic: the secrets we carry.
All of us have secrets. In this online writing ‘Slipper Camp’ we will be writing about our secrets, both light and dark, our deepest fears and shames but also our secret strengths. That’s why I love the quote above from Marianne Williamson-that it is our potential and power that frightens us and keeps us small. That perhaps the greatest secret we carry is that of our own magnificence.
It will be the same format: 10 writers will receive 3 illustrated prompts about the secrets we carry every OTHER morning for 20 days along with daily writing tips and coaching suggestions.
Tuition: $200
Limit: 10 writers
Starts: June 4th ends June 22nd

Excited in advance for this one too. I may write on the prompts -found a couple of great contests and online publications… the prompts could lead to longer pieces. Also found a screenwriting competition – 3 rounds, short submissions, kinda cool. WHOLE WORLD OUT THERE of writing “stuff”, as you know… but I did not. LitMag is fantastic – stumbled on it. thanks for the reminder Linda… sorry cannot participate in this one, thank goodness taxes are over but am in the middle of another round of decluttering everything and getting ready for a second visit in May – this time for 10 days – from my cousin Jan who I connected with on FB and who was here for a week in October for our first visit.. have fun.. xoxo patty
