One year ago, on a foggy morning I came around the bend at Balboa Lake and discovered this young woman surrounded by birds. The bird woman looked like a character in a fairy tale so I Waterlogued this photo to make it look more like an illustration. How happy I am to find these again. I loved this young woman.
